All sectors should be covered. I instruct to implement public procurement processes in a timely manner. The responsibilities of those who allowed slander will be considered. It is necessary to fairly and accurately evaluate each project, taking into account the budget possibilities, the importance and economic efficiency of construction work. "Excessive spending is not allowed," said Nuralkhan Kusherov, listening to the reports of the heads of departments and district and city akims with low economic indicators and shortcomings in the state procurement process, and gave relevant instructions.
The meeting heard reports from the head of the Regional Economy and Budget Planning Department Kanat Kaipbek and the head of the State Procurement Department of the Turkestan region Nurlan Amankulov.
The main economic indicators in the region have improved. There is positive dynamics. In order not to slow down this momentum, 67 indicators have been developed to assess the effectiveness of the activities of district and city akims. Taking into account the importance of the indicators, they are grouped into 9 blocks. 2 of the 67 indicators in the assessment system are formed at the regional level. In particular, priority is given to the areas of opening production facilities, developing industry, and increasing domestic revenues. While the economic development indicator is calculated monthly, the rating of district and city akims for all 9 indicators is published quarterly.
