- Cleanliness significantly improves not only the environment, but also our lives. Everyone has the right to live in a clean environment. By maintaining cleanliness, we improve our health and have a positive impact on the environment. Therefore, I fully support this initiative, which is important for all of us. I invite all residents and young people to actively participate in the “Clean Kazakhstan” program, - said Burkit Arynbekov.
In addition, Babi Orynbasar, an international master of sports in weightlifting, also participated in the event and expressed his opinion.
- As an athlete, I know very well that training in a clean environment and breathing in fresh air are very beneficial for health. Through the “Clean Kazakhstan” program, we call on every city and village of our country to keep it clean, protect the environment, and take care of nature. Small actions, such as throwing garbage in the trash can and not damaging green spaces, will lead to big changes, - said the young athlete.
It should be noted that about 4 thousand residents and active young people participated in the cleaning work, and 28 pieces of equipment were mobilized. Cleaning work was carried out on 36 kilometers of streets, 17 kilometers of footpaths, 28 children's and sports grounds, 38 bridges, canals and riverbeds. As a result, more than 115 tons of ash and garbage were removed.
