Record in Single Contact Center: 120 thousand applications processed in one day

In 2024, the Unified Call Center of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" JSC processed more than 27 million applications. Every day, the Unified Call Center receives from 30 thousand to 90 thousand applications, including calls to the number 1414, messages sent to the EgovKzBot 2.0 chat bot on Telegram and to the email address support@goscorp.kz, as well as video calls made through the "Goscorp" mobile application. Recently, the highest figure was recorded for the entire period of the center's operation since 2011 - 120 thousand applications were received in one day.
The most frequently asked questions are the issuance and withdrawal of electronic signatures, determination of the amount of tax and accounting indicators, issuance of passports and identity cards of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
"Since the beginning of its activities, the Unified Call Center has become a key link in the system of providing public services. In 2024, the Byringai call center received 27.1 million applications, and the level of satisfaction of service recipients with the quality of advisory assistance reached 96.8 percent. "We will continue to improve the work processes of the Single Contact Center and make obtaining public services even easier and more accessible," said Arman Kenzhegaliyev, Chairman of the Board of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens".
In 2024, the Single Contact Center responded to 1,023,354 applications for electronic signatures, 367,428 applications for issuing passports, 228,693 for issuing identity cards, 114,082 applications for registering taxpayers, 81,902 applications for granting birth benefits, 67,979 applications for social payments for childcare up to 1.5 years, and 64,544 applications for benefits for large families.
Recall that the Single Contact Center provides advice on 1,381 public services. All applications are accepted free of charge for citizens of Kazakhstan through any telecommunications operator.
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 383 dated November 2, 2015 "On Public Councils" and the Model Regulation No. 69 dated February 26, 2021 on the Public Council, the Working Group on the Formation of a New Composition of the Public Council of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan) announces that a competition will be held to elect members of the Public Council.
The following documents are required to participate in the competition:
1) a written proposal from a non-profit organization and (or) a citizen's application to nominate a candidate to the Public Council;
2) information about the candidate's professional and (or) public activities, including biographical data;
3) a certificate of conviction or not;
4) a certificate of the presence or absence of mental, behavioral disorders (illnesses), including those associated with the use of substances that actively affect the psyche.
To replace the members of the Public Council who have left, a reserve list of candidates for the Public Council is formed by the decision of the working group from among representatives of civil society who are not members of the Public Council.
The composition of the Public Council of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan is up to 17 people (representatives from non-profit organizations and citizens - up to 14 people, representatives of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan - up to 3 people), the reserve composition of the Public Council is up to 3 people.
The competition period is from the date of publication of the competition announcement is ten working days (from February 19, 2025 to March 5, 2025 inclusive, from 18:30).
