The head of the region Nurlybek Nalibayev, deputies of the Parliament of the Senate and the Majilis Nauryzbay Baikadamov, Ruslan Rustemov, Murat Abenov, Markhabat Zhaiymbetov, Murat Ergeshbayev, deputy of the regional maslikhat of the Turkestan region Dulatbek Abish visited a number of new facilities in the Zhanakorgan region. In particular, the regional akim and deputies got acquainted with the work of the Schoolchildren's House, the School of Arts and the "Comfortable School" in the Sayazhai microdistrict.
The recently constructed facility for students includes a creative arts studio, a textile workshop, and spaces dedicated to music, dance, rhythm, and acrobatics. In this environment, youth have the opportunity to enhance their artistic skills, boost their well-being, and participate in various crafts.
The "Comfortable School," which spans three levels, offers an ideal environment for education. Its classrooms are spacious and well-lit, featuring contemporary teaching resources and advanced technology. Additionally, the facility includes a library, laboratories, and spaces for creative activities. Each floor is equipped with modern engineering systems, including heating, lighting, water supply, and ventilation. The gymnasium and leisure areas are well-suited for physical education classes and sporting events.
During the year, the "Schoolchildren's House" for 200 people and the "School of Arts" for 50 people will open in the Shieli district. In May, a new building for the "Creative Academy" and a music college will be completed, and the construction of a physics and mathematics boarding school for gifted children is scheduled to finish in March. Additionally, a school for 150 students will be built in the village of Zhalagash in the Aral region using funds from the Educational Infrastructure Support Fund. Last year, major repairs were carried out on 8 school buildings at a cost of KZT 3 billion 100 million. Following the President's order to modernize 1,300 schools, 51 schools will be overhauled in the region over the next 3 years, with 9 of them scheduled for repair this year.
