The grand opening ceremony of the "Center for Spirituality" was held in the Zhanakorgan district with the participation of the regional akim Nurlybek Nalibayev. The festive event was attended by deputies of the Senate and Mazhilis of the Parliament Nauryzbai Baikadamov, Ruslan Rustemov, Murat Abenov, Markhabat Zhaiymbetov, Murat Ergeshbayev.
The head of the region congratulated the public on the opening of the new facility and touched upon the work done in the cultural sphere of the region and good initiatives.
“Our President Kassym-Jomart Kemelovich said, “The spiritual development of our country is directly related to the national spirit. That is why we need to pay special attention to our culture and spirituality so that the spirit of our citizens is always high." - he said. Last year, the "Year of Spirituality" was declared in our region, and within the framework of the named year, along with cultural and mass events, we also implemented large-scale projects. "Anaga tagzym", "Otbasy ortalygy", the 1000-seat "Oner" center were put into operation, and a new symphony orchestra, inclusive theater, youth theater, modern dance and choir groups were created. The main brand of cheese culture - the "Zhyraul Uyi" of representatives of the Zhyraul tradition - was opened. Together with the "Samruk Kazyna Trust" fund, we presented the "Table Tennis Center" and the modern "Student Palace" sponsored by the "KazMunayGas" company to the benefit of the country. Today, the regional history and local history museum, the "Academy of Creativity", and the "Central Stadium" are being built. The new facilities will be put into operation in May this year.

At the meeting, the deputy of the Senate of the Parliament Nauryzbai Baikadamov, the general director of the "Aigak" television and radio company, the deputy of the Turkestan regional maslikhat, the Honored Journalist of Kazakhstan Dulatbek Abish congratulated the audience. Public figure Nazhmadin Musabayev gave a blessing, and veterans and employees of the contractor institution who contributed to the prosperity of the district were awarded.
Let us note that this year is an important year in the history of Kyzylorda. A century ago, a decision was made to move the state capital from Orenburg to Akmeshit, and the name "Kyrgyz Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic" was adopted at the Fifth All-Kazakhstan Congress of Soviets It was renamed the "Kazakh Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic". The historical name of our nation "Kazakh" was returned, and a resolution was adopted to rename the capital of the republic, Akmeshit, to Kyzylorda. The country's first government and management institutions were formed and strengthened here. The first art and educational institutions were opened, and beautiful buildings were erected. This year marks the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Kazakh Academic Musical Drama Theater named after Nartai Bekezhanov in Kyzylorda, where the foundation of the national theater was laid. The professional art collective has staged more than 300 performances over the years. It has participated in republican and international festivals and won prizes.
