The republican team aitys of the Kyzylorda and Almaty regions, entitled "Honest Labor - National Pride", began in the country. The regional akim Nurlybek Nalibayev, deputies of the Senate and Majilis of the Parliament, akyns, and representatives of the intelligentsia took part in it.
The song competition was conducted by Honored Worker of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Philology Amanzhol Altai. 20 famous poets of our country will compete in the team aitys.
At the opening ceremony, the head of the region Nurlybek Mashbekuly wished the participants good luck.

For the first time, 40 service apartments were provided to representatives of culture and art in the region from a new multi-storey residential building built last year. The followers of the art of aitys along the Syr River also had many victorious and fruitful moments. The three-time winner of the “Altyn Dombra” award, the talented poet Meirbek Sultankhan, who followed in the footsteps of our compatriot Mukhtar Niyazov, presented the next “Altyn Dombra” to the public. This became a significant cultural novelty of the past year, a joy for the spirituality of Syr. With the beginning of the New Year, our compatriot, young talent Beksultan Orynbasarov, received the “Kumis Dombra”. I would like to thank the runners who came to today's speech contest for your significant work in exalting the spirit of the country. Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts, Cultural Worker Murat Abugazy, zyrshy, termeshy, teacher, Cultural Worker Yerbolat Shaldybekov will serve as judges.
It should be noted that last year the “Year of Spirituality” was declared in the region, and good deeds and new projects were implemented in the named year. "Anaga tagzym", "Otbasy ortalyg" and "Oner ortalyg" were put into operation, and a new symphony orchestra, modern dance and choir groups were formed. The main brand of Syr culture - "Zhyraul Uyi" of representatives of the Zhyraul tradition - was opened. "Spiritual centers" are being built and put into operation in all districts, which include a wedding hall, library, museum, archive, youth, veterans and mothers' houses. The new building of the regional history and local lore museum will be put into operation in May. 25 employees of cultural institutions of the region have improved their qualifications in Italy and Belarus. The Days of Art of the Kyzylorda region were held at a high level in the cities of Astana and Almaty. This process will continue this year in other regions of our republic.
