The First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Roman Sklyar, who arrived on a working visit to the Kyzylorda region, visited the construction site of the new stadium. The new stadium, which is being built in accordance with the needs of the region's population, will be equipped with boxing, wrestling, weightlifting, training halls for football players, yoga, gymnastics-acrobatics, and fitness halls. Another feature of the stadium is its category III according to the UEFA classification. It is designed for 11 thousand seats and complies with international standards.
Today, the installation of metal structures of the eastern and western stands is 100% completed, walls and internal partitions, external stained glass windows are being erected. External engineering networks have been delivered. The installation of heating, water pipes, electricity, and ventilation systems is underway. In March, the external walls of the building and internal engineering networks will be completed, and work will begin on installing and improving the football field. The facility is expected to be commissioned in May.
Regional akim Nurlybek Nalibayev said that in October last year, the "Table Tennis Center" was launched in Kyzylorda, and the construction of the multi-purpose "Kyzylorda Arena" and physical education and health complexes will begin in the near future.
In addition, the construction of new sports complexes has been completed and is being commissioned in the villages of III International of Karmakshy district, Zhanazhol, Akai, Zhaksykylysh of Aral district, Besaryk of Syrdarya district, and Zhalagash settlement. 6 sports facilities are being built under the "Aul - el besigi" program, 2 at the expense of the regional budget, and 2 through the "People of Kazakhstan" fund.
