AI COURSES IN KAZAKH LANGUAGE: RK MES AND HUAWEI EXPAND ACCESS TO ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES
The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with Huawei, announces the completion of localization of artificial intelligence courses into the Kazakh language. Vice Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Dinara Shcheglova officially announced the completion of localization of artificial intelligence courses into the Kazakh language during an expanded meeting of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Localization of AI educational programs into the state language is an important step in ensuring access to advanced education for Kazakhstani students and young professionals. Soon, students will be able to use courses covering a wide range of topics, including machine learning, data analysis, neural networks, and practical applications of artificial intelligence in various industries.
“We are pleased to support Kazakhstan in developing its digital ecosystem by providing students with access to advanced education in the field of artificial intelligence in their native language. Our goal is not only to train, but also to inspire a new generation of specialists who can make a significant contribution to the technological progress of our country,” the Huawei representative noted.
In his speech, the Vice Minister emphasized the importance of this project.
“The localization of courses on artificial intelligence, implemented jointly with Huawei, into the Kazakh language is an important element of the strategy for the digital transformation of education. We are confident that this initiative will allow us to form highly qualified personnel ready for the challenges of Industry 4.0,” he said.
In addition, these courses will be part of the AI-Sana innovative program launched by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide students with basic knowledge in the field of artificial intelligence at the initial stage of their education. The AI-Sana program is aimed at training future specialists in the field of AI in Kazakhstan under the guidance of leading experts from the world.
The Huawei course program will be implemented in online and offline formats at the leading universities of Kazakhstan. Upon completion of the training, participants will receive certificates confirming their qualifications in the field of AI.
