The Almaty Veterinary Service, a municipal enterprise under the Almaty Department of Entrepreneurship and Investments, has announced the launch of an emergency veterinary care service for stray and stray animals.

The main purpose of the new service is to respond promptly to emergency situations requiring urgent veterinary care and transport injured animals to veterinary clinics.

Two special teams equipped with all the necessary equipment have been created to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the service. The main conditions requiring emergency veterinary care are:
• Serious injuries resulting from accidents or falls;
• Poisoning;
• Injuries and bites that can lead to complications and infections;
• Acute diseases, including collapse, cardiovascular failure, and respiratory disorders.

Veterinary care is provided to stray and stray animals that have been left unattended. Two special trucks equipped with the necessary equipment are used to transport animals. They are equipped with cages for small animals, stretchers, first aid kits, dressing materials and diagnostic tools.
