The first global youth forum of UNESCO associations and clubs is being held in Almaty
21.02.2025 03:49:39 528With the support of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, within the framework of Kazakhstan's chairmanship of the World Federation of UNESCO Clubs and Associations, the first Global Youth Forum (GYF) of UNESCO Clubs and Associations is being held in Almaty.
The square brought together 150 participants from all over the world, as well as representatives of government agencies, science, business and youth leaders, and leading experts from UNESCO.
The main goal of the project is to develop and approve the document "UNESCO Clubs and Associations Youth Roadmap for 2025-2030: Building a Sustainable Future Together." The document will contribute to increasing the opportunities of young people through the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals in the coming years.
The forum will consider important issues such as capacity building, youth empowerment, ethics of using artificial intelligence, use of digital technologies, tourism, climate change, inclusion, and education in the fine arts.
