The acceptance of applications for the "Erlik pen Erbek Dastan" competition, which is designed to support talented authors and highlight the importance of labor professions in society, continues in Kazakhstan.
The competition was announced with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the framework of the "Year of Working Professions".
The main goal of the competition is to promote working people by promoting the writing of works that promote the loyalty and love of ordinary working people for their work, the uniqueness of each profession.
The works participating in the competition must reflect the inner world, experiences, dreams, and daily difficulties of working people. This will allow writers to create unique images that are popular with the public and serve as role models for the younger generation.
The competition will accept new works of any genre that have never been published anywhere before. The winner of the competition will be determined by a commission consisting of writers and public figures.
Applications will be accepted until August 2025.
