Regular inclusion offices have been opened in Akmola region

As part of the implementation of the program "Expansion of the network of resource rooms to support inclusive education" for 2020-2025, on the Day of the Republic, inclusive education support rooms were opened in secondary schools No. 1 in the village of Zhaltyr in the Astrakhan region and No. 1 in the village of Egindykol in the Egindykol district.
The event was attended by Chairman of the Coordinating Council for the Development of Inclusive Education in the Akmola region Marat Ibrayev, head of the office of the akim of the Astrakhan region Baltabek Altaev, parents, teachers.
The classrooms are equipped with all necessary teaching aids and equipment.
"A resource room is an additional room in a school where students receive assistance in accordance with their special educational needs without leaving the main educational process. Its functioning involves the creation of special conditions for the adaptation, training and correction of violations of students with special educational needs based on individual programs. A modern and equipped inclusion room will contribute to the provision of comprehensive psychological and pedagogical assistance to children with special educational needs," said Polina Barakhoeva, Head of the Astrakhan District Education Department.
It should be noted that today there are more than 70 resource rooms in the region to support inclusive education, which are attended by more than 1,000 children.
