"Visit Astana" and "Quality Mark": the participants of the program were awarded certificates in the capital

54 new partners of the program received certificates, including:
- 41 public catering facilities,
- 12 hotels,
- 1 tour operator.
Currently, the total number of participants in the "Visit Astana" program has reached 114 partners, which indicates the growing interest of the tourism business in the development and implementation of high quality standards.
Chairman of the Management Board of JSC NC Kazakh Tourism Kairat Saduakasov and Deputy Head of the Department for Investment and Business Development of Astana Maksat Zhanabayev delivered a welcoming speech at the event. In their speeches, they noted the importance of the program to strengthen the image of the capital as a modern tourist center and thanked all participants for their contribution to the development of the industry.
The "Visit Astana" partner program, implemented by Astana Development Center LLP, is a unique initiative aimed at improving the quality of tourist services in the capital. It covers the main areas of the tourism industry: the hotel and restaurant business, the activities of tour operators and tourist attractions. The purpose of the program is to prepare Astana for the reception of international guests and strengthen its status as a leading tourist destination.
The "Visit Astana" program is based on the best world practices:
- Infrastructure 5A program in China,
- A sign of the quality of tourism in Spain,
- The standardization system in Switzerland, etc.
An important stage was the recognition of the "Visit Astana" partner program by the "Quality Mark" program implemented by JSC NC Kazakh Tourism throughout the republic. This cooperation confirms the high level of standards of both initiatives and their commitment to improving Kazakhstan's tourism infrastructure.
