Deputy Akim of Almaty Beibut Shakhanov checked the work of public utilities in cleaning streets and courtyards in preparation for the winter season.
During the detour, comprehensive cleaning works were inspected on main streets, in courtyards, as well as on the territories of commercial facilities.
As a result, 7 commercial organizations for improper cleaning: two Degirmen cafes, Starbucks, Sultan Cafe, Bay and Nanduk, Kimex store, responsible for cleaning the territory around their buildings, were fined 140 MCI, totaling 516,880 tenge.
In addition, an administrative protocol was drawn up against the contractor with a fine of 20 MCI for an untidy yard in the Medeu district.
It is worth noting that within the framework of the Cleanliness Week, employees of the State Enterprise "Almaty Tazalyk" are working in an enhanced mode, preparing the city for the winter period. In particular, the collection and removal of fallen leaves and debris, cleaning of irrigation ditches, as well as landscaping of courtyards are being completed.
Sanitary cleaning covers 2,318 streets with a total area of 25.1 million square meters. m and a length of 2,777 km. 841 units of equipment and 1,400 road workers will be involved in the effective performance of work for the winter period. In addition, the fleet of the State Enterprise "Almaty Tazalyk" was replenished with 32 new modern cars.
Recall that since this year, Almaty entrepreneurs have been issued landscaping passports. According to the document, they must keep order in their territories within the framework of the Taza Kazakhstan program. The landscaping passport specifies the requirements for landscaping and sanitary cleaning, provision of urns and maintenance of small architectural forms. In case of violations of the requirements, entrepreneurs are administratively liable in accordance with Article 505 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
