Vice Minister of Culture and Information Evgeny Kochetov held a meeting with creators. The meeting was attended by producers, musicians and designers, artists, animators, board game developers, copyright experts, etc.
The parties discussed current state initiatives aimed at developing the creative industry. In particular, the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed a law on the development of the creative industry and a draft order defining the principles of state support and incentives for the economic sector.
These measures are aimed at creating favorable conditions for the commercialization of the creative sector and the promotion of Kazakhstani creative products and services in the international market.
In addition, this year the Government will create a special fund aimed at searching for and supporting talents, developing infrastructure, and assisting in the export and commercialization of products.
