A quarter of mothers with many children in the republic are residents of the Turkestan region. Of these, 117,927 are mothers with four or more children under the age of 18, 2,175 are “Batyr anas”, 18,570 are “Altyn alka” holders, 43,413 are “Kumis alka” holders, and 3,264 are mothers awarded the “Ana Danky” Order of the I and II degree.
According to the festive event plan dedicated to March 8 – International Women’s Day, it is planned to provide financial and in-kind support to the socially disadvantaged part of the region’s population, large and single-parent families.
On the eve of the holiday, one-time assistance will be provided to mothers with many children who have received the “Altyn alka” and “Kumis alka” titles, as well as to mothers awarded the “Ana Danky” Order of the I and II degree. A total of 484.8 million tenge will be allocated from the district and city budgets to more than 63 thousand people, with an average of 7864 tenge in one-time material assistance.
It should be noted that today 31,933 people or 5265 families in the region receive targeted social assistance. 62 percent of them, or 3252, are large families.
