"UPF" JSC (UPF, Fund) is increasingly introducing modern technologies and digital solutions in order to improve the level of interaction with the population. In January 2025, about 10.6 million services were provided to the population. Of the total number of services provided since the beginning of the year, more than 2.3 million were provided in electronic format, and 8.1 million. services were provided automatically. Thus, the share of automatic, electronic and remote services was 99.1% of the total number of services provided. About 98.0 thousand services were provided in a day format, including 95.4 thousand services carried out directly in the Fund's offices.
Let us remind you that all pension accounts are opened automatically when the first contribution to the UPF is received. Also, target requirements and target savings are automatically calculated for participants of the "National Fund for Children" program.
During the reporting period, the total number of individual pension accounts (IPAs) opened automatically for all types of pension contributions, including conditional pension accounts (IPAs opened as a result of the employer's transfer of the PFPA) and target savings accounts (SPAs opened within the framework of the "National Fund for Children" program), reached 404.5.
Receiving an extract from an individual pension account, conditional pension account (IPA), as well as a target savings account (TSA) remains the most popular service category. Since the beginning of the year, about 2.8 million extracts from IPAs, SPAs, and TSAs have been issued. More than 2.1 million of them were processed electronically, and more than 605.5 thousand were processed automatically.
In addition to receiving an extract from the Personal Account on the Fund's website and mobile application, depositors (beneficiaries) have the opportunity to use such services as making changes and additions to their details, obtaining a certificate of account availability, submitting an application for the appointment of pension payments in connection with the establishment of disability of group 1 or 2 for an indefinite period or on voluntary pension contributions. They can also track the status of an application for the payment of pension contributions, transfer part of savings to an investment portfolio manager (IPM), calculate the estimated future pension using a pension calculator, etc. services are available 24/7 anywhere in the world.
In January 2025, more than 14.1 thousand applications for changing details were received, of which 13.1 thousand were submitted at the Fund's offices.
By contacting UAPF specialists for any type of service, depositors can usually receive additional advice on the formation of savings. As part of the information and explanatory work, 3.2 thousand field presentations were held, which were attended by about 68.4 thousand people. More than 4.1 thousand materials were published in the media on the messages of the Pension Fund. The number of applications received through feedback channels from depositors and beneficiaries is about 65.0 thousand. The UAPF was established on August 22, 2013 on the basis of the "GNPF" APF" JSC. The founder and shareholder of the UAPF is the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan through the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
