According to the instructions of the regional akim Nuralkhan Kusherov, landscaping work will begin from the first days of spring. For this purpose, seedlings grown in forestry enterprises under the Department of Natural Resources and Nature Management of Turkestan region are providing the region with seedlings. Special nurseries have been assigned to settlements in the region.
As part of the “Clean Kazakhstan” environmental campaign, the “Temirlan Improvement” institution is receiving seedlings grown in nurseries of the “Badam State Institution for the Protection of Forests and Wildlife” assigned to the Ordabasy district.
Currently, 300 mahogany, 4,000 lychee, 100 white spruce, 500 forsythia, 500 roses, and 300 ornamental sambi seedlings have been acquired from the “Badam” forestry enterprise, and work has begun on planting them in the district center and providing them with the necessary care for their proper growth and development. Residents, volunteers, district youth, and institution employees are actively participating in this work.
A distinctive feature of seedlings grown in forestry is that they are fully adapted to local soil and climatic conditions. Thanks to this, these green flags have a high adaptability to life and grow quickly, contributing to the landscaping of the district center for many years.
The "Badam" forestry is carrying out planting and sowing of seedlings in stages. This year, it is planned to release 50 thousand seedlings to the Sairam and Ordabasy districts. Currently, 12 thousand seedlings have been released to the Ordabasy district and 10 thousand seedlings to the Sairam district.
It should be noted that landscaping and improvement work is in full swing in the Ordabasy district.
