During his working trip to Almaty, Gani Beisembayev held a meeting with the teaching staff and students of the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, the Kazakh National Women's Pedagogical University, as well as the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

 

During the meeting, priority was given to improving the quality of teacher training, improving educational programs, and the importance of continuing pedagogical education.

 

"The state is increasing the number of educational grants for pedagogical specialties. This year, 48 thousand students enrolled in universities for pedagogical specialties. About eight thousand new teachers were accepted into secondary education organizations. However, improving the quality of pedagogical education remains an urgent issue. The quality education you receive at universities today will be the foundation for quality education for the younger generation," said Gani Beisembayev.

 

During the working trip, the minister participated in the republican scientific and practical forum "Kazakhstan Pedagogy: Continuity of Education and Science" dedicated to topical issues of pedagogical education. As part of the event, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Y. Altynsarin National Academy of Education and the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

 

Gani Beisembayev answered all the students' questions. Future teachers were interested in state support measures for teachers in rural areas, employment issues, working with parent associations, as well as the features of educational work based on national values ​​within the framework of the "Integrated Education" program.
