An exhibition dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory opened in Astana

The opening of the exhibition "Heroes - a legacy for the generation" was held at the National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan as part of the nationwide campaigns "The name of a man is in the memory of the people" and "Victory is a legacy for the generation".
The exhibition is dedicated to the anniversary of the Heroes of the Soviet Union. In particular, this year marks the 115th anniversary of the birth of Bauyrzhan Momyshuly, the 110th anniversary of Malik Gabdullin, and the 100th anniversary of the birth of Aliya Moldagulova.
The event featured items from the collections of the National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Zhambyl Museum of History and Local Lore, the Aliya Moldagulova Memorial Museum, and the Malik Gabdullin Museum.
The exhibition features awards, letters, and personal belongings of the Heroes of the Soviet Union. M. Gabdullin's "Golden Star" medal, the Order of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR A. Moldagulova, a military strategic map of B. Momyshuly, and other unique items are on display.
In addition, the exhibition features materials from the Astana city public association "Atamnyn Amanaty".
