L. N. A meeting with the author of the State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan, architect, professor Zhandarbek Malibekov was held at the Gumilyov Eurasian National University on the occasion of Thanksgiving Day.
The event was organized by the "Center for Heraldic Studies" with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The plenary session was attended by representatives of state bodies, members of the scientific community, teachers and students of higher education institutions.
During the meeting, the creative path of Zhandarbek Malibekov and his ideological principles in the development of state symbols were discussed.
In their speeches, the participants noted the importance of state symbols in strengthening national identity.
In addition, the documentary film "Zhandarbek Malibekov and the State Emblem" was shown at the meeting.
