Akim of Abay region Berik Uali received residents at the citizens' reception center for personal questions. It was attended by city and district akims, heads of relevant departments.
During the personal reception, residents raised the issue of providing housing, street lighting, laying electricity, building a building to serve people with disabilities, and increasing the number of cultural facilities.
Kusmiliya Nurkasym, a resident of Semey city, informed that it was planned to build a museum of local lore in the village of Urzhar, but the project was stalled and asked for assistance. A resident of Ayagoz district, Rauza Kerimova, asked for assistance in completing the construction of a building for people with disabilities in Ayagoz city, which is being built at the expense of a private fund. A resident of Semey city put forward a proposal to increase the number of apartments allocated to mothers with many children on the waiting list in the city.
All citizens who came to the reception were given explanations. The regional akim said that he would personally monitor the questions and issues raised by residents.
