The Ministry of Defense has developed a draft resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments and additions to the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 2, 2022 No. 357 "On approval of the Regulation on the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan and recognition of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan as invalid".
The draft regulatory legal act was developed to implement the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 13, 2025 No. 781 "On measures to further improve the public administration system of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
The changes were also stipulated by amendments to the Budget Code and the Law "On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues of improving budget legislation" and on recognition of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Concessions" as invalid.
