College director Bolat Altaev said that the exhibition was organized within the framework of the "Year of Working Professions", the teaching staff and students showed their achievements and provided information about the specialties taught at the educational institution.
Master classes were held as part of the event. A demonstration of culinary skills for chefs and the operation of a virtual welding machine were demonstrated. The work of young people studying in the furniture production and sewing professions was presented.
The exhibition also featured the latest models of agricultural machinery used by local farmers. The event aroused interest not only among college students and teachers, but also among representatives of local enterprises in need of qualified personnel.
It has become an important platform for discussing the issues of developing vocational education in rural areas and increasing its accessibility for young people.
"I work as a cook in a local restaurant in Kobda. Currently, we have two students from this college undergoing internship. Both are future chefs. Under my supervision, they are learning to prepare various complex dishes. We hold master classes. Together we create a menu. I share and explain with them all the necessary information about this profession. The profession of a cook is in demand today, and if you have high qualifications, then finding a job is not at all difficult," said Abat Kalabayev, social partner of the college.
The regional akim said that today's exhibition is a great event for college graduates to find jobs in the future and strengthen contacts with potential employers by establishing partnerships between educational institutions and agricultural partnerships.
It is worth noting that the college is undergoing major renovations. The contractor, TengriStroyInvest LLP, is replacing the roof of the building, repairing the gym, and performing interior finishing work on the second and third floors of the facility.
Within the framework of the "Year of Working Professions", we pay special attention to developing the skills and knowledge necessary for successful work in various fields. It is very important for young people to receive a quality education, master popular specialties, and find work in their region.
