Today, on March 1, a scientific book on ways to treat livestock diseases was published for the first time in Mangystau region. The presentation of the book "Livestock Diseases and Treatment Methods" by Karzhaubay Koshe, an experienced veterinarian who has been working as a veterinarian for 50 years, was held.
The event was attended by the governor of Mangystau region Nurdaulet Kilybay, veterans of the livestock industry, owners of farms, and village akims.
Speaking at the meeting, the governor of the region Nurdaulet Kilybay thanked the author of the book, who turned 70 on the first day of spring, for his great work and awarded him a special badge for his contribution to the veterinary industry.
The head of the region also said that this year's budget priority is allocated to improving the veterinary industry, along with the social sector.
- We need to raise the status of the veterinary profession. We have plans in this direction. This year, 2.4 billion tenge was allocated from the local budget for the veterinary industry in the region. Of this, 1.3 billion tenge will be directed to improving the buildings and living conditions of the district veterinary branch. In addition, funds have been allocated for the purchase of 45 vehicles for veterinary specialists. Improving the situation in the branch is one of our priority areas.
I consider the work of Karzhaubai Bisenuly presented today to be a significant contribution to the agricultural sector of our country. Our brother lived in a remote village and introduced great innovations to veterinary science. I am sure that it will be an invaluable resource for citizens engaged in livestock farming, - said Nurdaulet Kilybai.
Karzhaubai, who devoted his entire life to animal husbandry, shared his many years of experience in the book "Koshen" and provided useful information.
The language of the book is simple, easy to read, and is intended to be used as a necessary tool for entrepreneurs and farmers engaged in livestock farming, as well as for rural veterinary specialists.
