Today, February 28, a meeting was held with the investors of the Sultan multi-apartment residential complex, which is being built in Aktau city at the expense of shareholders, under the chairmanship of the akim of Mangystau region Nurdaulet Kilybay.
The meeting was attended by the deputy akim of the region, the akim of Aktau city, representatives of regional law enforcement agencies, heads of the regional economic investigation department and the regional construction, architecture and urban planning department.
At the meeting, the investors expressed their complaints about the stagnation of the construction of the residential complex.
The akim of the region said that the requirements for construction companies have been tightened in accordance with the law and instructed the responsible institutions to take appropriate measures to resolve the problems of investors as soon as possible.
