Today, March 2, a family member was poisoned in a private house in the village of Baskuduk, Munayly district, Mangystau region. When rescuers and ambulance crews arrived at the scene, they found seven people in the house, five of whom were minors. All died on the spot.
According to the preliminary assessment of the Mangystau region Emergency Situations Department, the tragedy occurred due to a violation of the rules for using gas equipment. The deceased are citizens of Uzbekistan temporarily residing in Kazakhstan.
A special commission has been established to determine the cause of the emergency. It is headed by the first deputy akim of Mangystau region Yerbol Izbergenov.
The relatives of the deceased family will be provided with comprehensive assistance, including support in organizing the funeral.
The incident is under the personal control of the akim of Mangystau region.
