A delegation led by the first deputy akim of Mangystau region, Erbol Izbergenov, met with the famous Turkish film director Mehmet Bozdak and discussed the possibilities of developing the film industry in the region.

Mehmet Bozdak, widely known to film lovers, is a director, producer and screenwriter known for his large-scale projects in the historical genre. One of the largest works in his work is the TV series "Ertugyryl", which is considered a common cultural heritage of the Turkic world.

During the meeting, the historical and cultural potential of the Mangystau region was discussed. Alkazhan Yedilkhan, a member of the delegation, noted the importance of historical and cultural sites and ancient monuments in the region and said that films shot in these places will give a new impetus not only to the Kazakh film industry, but also to historical works common to the Turkic world.

As part of the visit, the Kazakhstani delegation got acquainted with the director's film production complex "Bozdak Film".

The parties discussed the possibility of establishing cooperation in the field of film projects in the future. As a result of the meeting, producer Mehmet Bozdak said that he would soon visit the Mangystau region.
