A new clinic is being built in the village of Kasym Kaysenov

A new three-story modern polyclinic is being built in the Kasym Kaysenov settlement of the East Kazakhstan region. Currently, 70% of construction work has been completed.
According to the regional construction department, the facility is scheduled to be commissioned in November 2025. The new medical institution will be able to receive 150 people per day. It will include consultative, diagnostic and preventive departments, as well as day hospital wards.
The new polyclinic will serve the residents of the Ulan district. Currently, the population registered with the polyclinic is 29,498 people.
— Construction work is underway according to plan. We are responsible for ensuring the high-quality and timely completion of this socially important project. Today, the heating and water supply systems have been connected to the building, and work on installing windows and doors is continuing. Finishing work on wall and floor coverings is also underway. In the spring, the improvement of the medical facility will begin, — representatives of the contracting organization announced.
The new clinic will have wide capabilities. It will have fluorography, X-ray, mammography, endoscopy rooms, as well as offices for specialists in various fields of medicine (otolaryngologist, ophthalmologist, dermatologist, neurologist, cardiologist, oncologist, obstetrician-gynecologist, surgeon, traumatologist, phthisiologist, general practitioners). In addition, a laboratory diagnostics department will be opened, where microbiological, serological and general clinical studies will be conducted.
The new clinic will increase the availability of medical services for residents of the Ulan district and provide high-quality and modern medical care.
