On the day of Nauryz, a ceremony was held in the Titov microdistrict of Kyzylorda to hand over the keys to a new 135-apartment residential building, attended by the akim of the region, Nurlybek Nalibayev. The event also welcomed deputies from the Senate and Majilis of Parliament, including Ruslan Rustemov, Murat Abenov, Markhabat Zhaimbetov, and Murat Ergeshbayev, along with representatives of the intelligentsia and local residents.
The head of the region congratulated the townspeople on Nauryz and the housewarming.

Recently, at the National Kurultai, our President Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich proposed to hold the next, fifth session of the kurultai in Kyzylorda, the former capital of the Kazakh state. This historic decision brought great joy to all residents of the region. The head of state noted that the return of the original self-name of our people, "Kazakh," took place in Kyzylorda, and this should be preserved in the memory of the people.
For us, this is a great honor and a strong recognition of the efforts being made today to develop the region. With the support of the President and the Government, modern facilities and residential buildings are being constructed. Last year, our region was among the leaders in the country for housing commissioning. In the future, thanks to our unity and friendship, we will continue to implement large-scale projects for the benefit of the people and the future of our children. During the ceremony, residents who contributed to the socio-economic development of the city, as well as employees of the contracting organization who brought joy to the new settlers, were awarded Letters of Gratitude from the Akim of the region. Deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament Marhabat Zhaiymbetov congratulated the citizens, and state and public figure Bakbergen Dosmambetov gave a bata.
It should be noted that last year, more than 2,500 apartments were provided with state budget funds, which allowed for a 126% increase in housing construction. This year, funds have already been allocated for the purchase of 292 apartments, and an application for financing more than 3,300 apartments has been submitted. On the Amal Kuni holiday, the owners of a 60-apartment building received their keys in the regional center. Today, 135 families living in emergency housing have found a new home.
