In the Zhalagash district, a festive event "Nur sebele, Az-Nauryz!" was held with the participation of regional akim Nurlybek Nalibayev. The celebration was also attended by deputies of the Senate and Majilis of Parliament, including Ruslan Rustemov, Murat Abenov, Marhabat Zhaiymbetov, and Murat Ergeshbayev, as well as Hero of Labor of Kazakhstan Imamzada Shagyrtayev, representatives of the intelligentsia, aksakals, and local residents.
The holiday began with a theatrical performance and a procession of artists in national costumes. The regional akim congratulated the residents of Zhalagash on the Nauryz holiday and discussed significant events and planned work for the year. He noted that 2025 will be rich in important anniversaries: 180 years since Abai's birth, 100 years since Kyzylorda was declared the capital of the Kazakh Republic, 80 years since the Great Victory, 70 years since the Baikonur Cosmodrome, and 30 years since the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan. The akim emphasized the importance of commemorating these events in a way that the people will remember them for a long time.
"Recently, at the National Kurultai in Burabay, the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich proposed holding the next, fifth meeting of the kurultai in Kyzylorda, which was once the capital of the Kazakh state. For the residents of the region, this is a historical event that highlights the significance of the region and the President's high regard for the work done here. The head of state noted that the important events that took place in Kyzylorda should remain in the memory of the people. I sincerely congratulate everyone on the Nauryz holiday! May there be well-being and prosperity in your homes!" said Nurlybek Mashbekovich.
As part of the holiday, several citizens were awarded Letters of Gratitude from the akim of the region for their contributions to the socio-economic development of the Zhalagash district. Additionally, Senate Deputy Ruslan Rustemov congratulated the residents of the district on the holiday.
