As part of the environmental program "Taza Kazakhstan," a tree planting campaign was held in the Kyzylorda Botanical Garden. The akim of the region, deputies from the Senate and Majilis of the Parliament, and staff from Korkyt Ata University participated in the event.
This year, over 63,000 volunteers, public figures, and employees from budgetary enterprises are involved in sanitary cleaning efforts. They cleaned squares, parks, historical and cultural monuments, social facilities, industrial and economic sites, reservoirs, and streets. More than 2,500 tons of garbage were removed, and over 600 pieces of equipment were used. As part of the "Nauryznama" decade, a tree planting, improvement, and landscaping campaign called "Zhasyl Zhelek" was organized, resulting in the planting of 5,920 trees in the region.
On March 23, events were held to improve and clean the areas, with about 7,000 seedlings planted. More than 20,000 people participated in the campaign.
