A court verdict has been issued against a probationer registered with the Zhanaozen City Probation Service under the Mangystau Region Penal System Department.

The individual, who was sentenced to three years of restricted freedom for theft, repeatedly violated the court-imposed conditions and failed to report for probation registration on time. Due to these violations, the probation service submitted a request to the court to replace the sentence with imprisonment.

By court decision, the probationer’s sentence was changed, and they were taken into custody in the courtroom. The remainder of the sentence will be served in a penal system institution.

The probation service strictly monitors compliance with legal requirements and warns that appropriate measures will be taken against those who violate the law.
