On March 26, 2025, a lecture event "Law and Order begin with you!" was held at the Almaty University of Energy and Communications, dedicated to the formation of legal awareness and anti-corruption culture among young people.

The event was attended by Zharkyn Galymov, First Deputy Head of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Combating Corruption in Almaty, who spoke to students and teachers of the University with a report on the principles of legality, law and order and anti-corruption strategy in the country.

The main purpose of the meeting was the development of the ideology of zero tolerance for corruption, the formation of respect for the law and the increase of civic responsibility among young people. The program addressed key issues: methods and strategies for combating corruption, the impact of the principles of legality on society, as well as the role of every citizen in building an honest and transparent state.

Additionally, the participants were shown a thematic video, followed by an open discussion where students had the opportunity to ask questions and discuss current law enforcement issues with an invited speaker.

At the end of the event, Zharkyn Galimov stressed the importance of youth involvement in the processes of strengthening law and order, noting that the formation of an anti-corruption culture should begin with the personal example of each citizen.

Such meetings contribute to the improvement of legal literacy among students, the formation of an active civic position and the dissemination of the values of honesty and legality in society.
