Daryn East Kazakhstan Scientific and Methodological Center for Gifted and Additional Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region hosted the regional distant round of Children’s Film Festival “Children of Kazakhstan in a World Without Borders!” (hereinafter referred to as the Festival).

The goal of the Festival was to foster moral, aesthetic and ethical values in students by means of cinematography, promote the spiritual, intellectual and creative development of children and adolescents, identify and support gifted children and young people, while also expanding access to additional education.

The Festival was attended by students of general secondary and additional education organizations, winners of city and district rounds.

The Festival included the following categories:

- Feature films;

- STOP-MOTION-video;

- Best social ad;

- Best video clip;

- TV story;

- Best children’s TV program;

- Best popular science film.

The winners of the Festival were awarded diplomas, and all participants received certificates.

The winners of the regional round with the highest scores, will represent East Kazakhstan region at the Republican round of the Festival.
