A regular meeting of the Judicial Jury under the Supreme Judicial Council has been held.

4 disciplinary cases against 4 judges were considered at the meeting. As a result of the consideration of cases 3 judges were brought to disciplinary responsibility for gross violation of the law: disciplinary punishment in the form of a reprimand was imposed on 1 judge, in the form of a remark - on 2 judges.

At the same time, disciplinary proceedings against 1 judge were terminated due to the absence of elements of disciplinary misconduct in his actions.

The decisions of the Judicial Jury have not entered into legal force, since judges who have been disciplined have the right to appeal them to the Supreme Judicial Council.

The activities of the Supreme Judicial Council and the Judicial Jury are aimed at strengthening confidence in judicial system, ensuring the independence of judges and protecting their rights in disciplinary procedures.

The Supreme Judicial Council continues its systematic work to improve disciplinary practices and maintain a high level of professionalism and responsibility of judges.
