Today, on March 31, 2025, financial literacy training started within the framework of the national project "Karyzsyz Kogam". Socially vulnerable segments of the population of Sarani and the village of Aktas took part in the training.
During the training, the project's lawyers provide legal assistance to project participants who have overdue loans for 90 days or more. This measure is aimed at reducing the debt burden and increasing the financial stability of citizens who find themselves in a difficult life situation.
At the same time, legal assistance is provided individually to each participant with existing problems. Lawyers analyze loan agreements, assess the legality of accrued fines and penalties, and help develop a debt repayment strategy. Special attention is paid to the issues of bankruptcy of individuals and protection of the rights of consumers of financial services. The goal of the project is not just to pay off debts, but also to teach people how to manage their finances competently and avoid falling into debt in the future.
