The regional leader emphasized that honoring the contributions of the elder generation, who have played a significant role in the socio-economic and cultural-spiritual advancement of the area, has become a cherished tradition.
- The Head of State noted that every person who works conscientiously and achieves well-deserved success is worthy of respect. "Responsible person - Honest work - Well-deserved success" are inseparable concepts. The concept of "Adal azamat" is inextricably linked with the idea of A Just Kazakhstan, - said N. Nalibayev.
The akim of the region acknowledged the brave efforts of veterans for the benefit of their homeland, highlighting their life paths as worthy of imitation. On behalf of all residents, he congratulated the heroes on their anniversaries and wished them good health and happiness in their families.
Abdizhalel Bakir was born in 1940 in the Syrdarya region. He graduated from the philological faculty of the Kyzylorda Pedagogical Institute named after N.V. Gogol. He began his career as a school teacher and later held senior positions in the Kyzylorda City Committee of the Komsomol, Komsomol and party bodies, the Kazakhstan-Kyzylorda TV channel, and the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University. As a deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament, he contributed to the adoption of several laws, including "On Mass Media," "On Advertising," "On Languages," and "On Political Parties." He studied the Alash movement and authored 10 monographs, two textbooks, and over 200 scientific articles. Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor A. Bakir received the "Ibrai Altynsarin" badge, the Certificate of Honor from the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and is an Honorary Citizen of Kyzylorda.
Abdulla Shulenbaev was born in 1950 in Kyzylorda. He graduated from the Almaty Medical Institute, specializing in general medicine. He began his career in 1973 as a doctor at the Kyzylorda Regional Hospital, where he became the head of the department and later the director of the regional medical center. After retiring, he continued to work at the regional multidisciplinary hospital, sharing his experience with young surgeons. Over more than fifty years, A. Shulenbaev performed over 15,000 operations, saving the lives of thousands of patients. Today, he continues to work as a consulting surgeon. He has received the Certificate of Honor from the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the "Kurmet" Order, the "Shapagat" medal, and the "For Contribution to Healthcare" badge. He is also an Honorary Citizen of the Kyzylorda Region.
As part of the meeting, the heroes of the occasion were awarded Certificates of Honor of the region. Honorary citizens of the region Turganbai Makhanov, Ibragim Abibullaev and Shakizat Torebaev expressed warm wishes to the anniversary celebrants.
