The Anti-Corruption Service of Almaty held a meeting on anti-corruption in the activities of the Department of the Border Guard Service in the Almaty region. During the meeting, the submission submitted in accordance with Article 200 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan was considered. The meeting was attended by Deputy Head of the Anti-Corruption Service of Almaty Bakhytov Damir Berikovich, First Deputy of the PS Department Aliev Aidos Abdiwakhabovich, investigator for the Department of Internal Affairs of the Anti-Corruption Service of Almaty Yerkin Nurlan Yelzhasuly and the staff of the PS Department. In order to eliminate criminal offenses, the Anti-Corruption Service has made appropriate recommendations to eliminate the causes that contributed to the commission of criminal offenses. In particular, it is recommended to introduce departmental control over the work of employees when examining job candidates, accepting documents from them and passing a medical examination, and regularly carry out preventive work on corruption and offenses. In conclusion, the meeting participants were informed of the changes and additions to the anti-corruption legislation, as well as the need to strengthen departmental control over the activities of employees, and conduct explanatory work to prevent the commission of corruption offenses.
