On April 3, 2025, by the Administrative Department of the Department of Justice, as part of the execution
The National Action Plan "Ata Zan – tauelsizdiktin tiregi", dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, held an intellectual game on knowledge of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan with students of Kostanay College of Humanities.
   During the game, students answered test questions, solved crosswords and puzzles, demonstrating knowledge of the basic law of the country.
   At the end of the event, the students' attention was focused on the constitutional rights and duties of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
   The status of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan grants not only rights, but also implies the fulfillment of certain duties.
