New functionality has been introduced in the CargoRuqsat electronic queue system

The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs that since April 3, 2025, a new functionality has been introduced in the automated electronic queue system "CargoRuqsat" (hereinafter referred to as SEA) aimed at preventing cases of multiple queue reservations by the same vehicle.

Earlier it was revealed that individual carriers book a queue for different registration numbers, but with the same PBX VIN code. There have also been complaints about the impossibility of booking at one checkpoint if there is an active reservation at another.

In this regard, the system now automatically checks the vehicle's VIN code when trying to book a reservation. If the PBX already has an active reservation, a new reservation will not be possible until the cancellation of the previous entry.

How do I cancel an active reservation?
If you need to cancel your reservation for a new booking, send an email to the SEA administrator (cargoruqsat@gmail.com ) the following documents:
• A copy of the vehicle's data sheet;
• A copy of the car owner's passport (for legal entities – the company's founding documents).

Cancellation of a reservation made from another account:
If the reservation was made through another personal account, you must send a similar request to cargoruqsat@gmail.com by attaching the above documents.

The new functionality is aimed at ensuring a fair distribution of queues and improving the efficiency of the system. We ask carriers to take these changes into account when planning their routes.
