In order to regulate public relations in the field of combating corruption and implementing the anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption" No. 410-V ЗРК was adopted on November 18, 2015.
Combating corruption is the activity of anti-corruption entities within their powers to prevent corruption, including the formation of an anti-corruption culture in society, identifying and eliminating the causes and conditions that contribute to the commission of corruption offenses, as well as identifying, suppressing, disclosing and investigating corruption offenses and eliminating their consequences.
The purpose of combating corruption is to eliminate corruption in society.
The goal of combating corruption is achieved by solving the following tasks:
1) creating an atmosphere of intolerance towards corruption in society;
2) identifying the conditions and causes that contribute to the commission of corruption offenses and eliminating their consequences;
3) strengthening the interaction of anti-corruption entities;
4) developing international cooperation in combating corruption;
5) identifying, preventing, exposing and investigating corruption offenses.
