As part of the promotion of the "Law and Order" narrative and the prevention of corruption, the Anti-Corruption Service of East Kazakhstan Region held a seminar at the regional Department of Ecology.

The event was organized to raise awareness of the Department's employees about the norms of anti-corruption legislation.

       Zhandos Muztauov, an officer of the Prevention Department, who spoke at the seminar, explained in detail the norms of anti-corruption legislation and restrictions imposed on civil servants during their tenure in public service.

       Taking into account the high corruption risks inherent in the body performing control and regulatory functions, the speaker touched upon the issues of responsibility provided for by the current legislation for the commission of corruption offenses.

       The seminar became an important part of efforts to enhance the anti-corruption culture and introduce effective anti-corruption methods.
