On March 26, 2025, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan introduced oversight measures for the implementation of the Constitutional Court’s final decisions.

Amendments made to the Government’s Regulations establish a clear procedure for monitoring the execution of the Constitutional Court’s final rulings by executive bodies.

A key positive aspect of the adopted procedure is the enhanced role of the Ministry of Justice in coordinating this work, taking into account its functions in legal expertise and regulatory monitoring.

As experts have noted, the Government’s establishment of regulatory clarity creates a sustainable mechanism for enforcing the Constitutional Court’s decisions, ultimately contributing to the strengthening of constitutional legality.
