In accordance with the amendments to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Copyright and Related Rights», the powers of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan are excluded on the provision of state registration of rights to works, protected by copyright.This service is automated, renamed to «The introduction of information and their changes into the State Register of Rights to Objects, protected by copyright» and turns out RSE «National Institute of Intellectual Property» on a paid basis from September 24, 2018.
