Bulat Bakauov introduced a new interim head of the Department of Culture, Archives and Documentation – Ardak Raiymbekov. The last workplace – deputy head of Pavlodar region akim’s office. Yernur Dauenov was appointed head of the Department of Internal Policy.

The head of the region told about division of the Department of Construction, Passenger Transport and Motor Roads into two agencies. The Department of Construction will head by Rustem Raisov. The Department of Passenger Transport and Motor Roads – Kanat Kashkirov.

Bulat Bakauov said that the head of the Department of Finance of the region Ildar Khasenov will go through the transition – East Kazakhstan region – head of the territorial department of state property and privatization. The head of the region thanked Ildar Khasenov for the work and contribution to the development of the region and wished success.
