Experts are invited to create a special center, performing in a centralized manner the admission of qualifying examinations and attestation,assignment of qualifications "Notary", "lawyer", "evaluator", "expert", forensic experts "," private bailiff "," legal advisors "," mediator "," translator ";database (Bank of data) from the number of expert experts of various profiles,and also consider additional functions of separate structural divisions of the Ministry of Justice.All recommendations provided by experts in the future will be analyzed and considered in improving the legislation on the authorities of justice.
