The developer transfers a plot of land to the communal property for the construction of a kindergarten and a school.

In the Bostandyk district along Satpayev street the project of reconstruction of one-storeyed industrial building with conversion into a two-storeyed building for service of the population was approved. On the 1st floor of the building it is planned to place a showroom, a food zone, a showroom with servicing rooms, a maintenance station, a tire service, a car wash, technical rooms. On the 2 nd floor: retail space, cafeteria, administrative premises. Landscaping includes the organization of lawns and sidewalks, planting shrubs, trees, installation of lamps.

It should be noted that when considering projects, special attention is paid to the use of energy-efficient solutions, the quality of exterior materials, night lighting of building facades, access conditions for low-mobility groups, landscaping area, load on traffic flows, improvement of yard territories, etc.
