The Ministry of labor and social protection of population of Kazakhstan announces a competition on election of members of the working group on formation of the Public Council of the Ministry.

A potential team member can be a citizen of Kazakhstan not younger than 18 years. In addition, the candidate must not: have a criminal record; be in accordance with the law the court recognized as guilty of committing corruption crimes and (or) corruption offences; to be registered at healthcare organizations about mental illness, alcoholism, drug addiction or substance abuse.

Proposals from non-profit organizations and citizens should be directed, in writing, indicating the name of the candidate, with the application of his autobiography, and documents confirming its compliance with the above requirements. Every non-profit organization and everyone who sent their suggestions, I can offer no more than one candidate.

In November 2015 the Law "On Public Council", whose purpose is the expression of the views of civil society on socially significant issues, accountability of state bodies to the population, ensure the publicity of the speeches of the heads of government agencies.

Public councils formed a working group that includes representatives of government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and citizens.
