The governor of Almaty mentioned that during 9 months of this year the turnover between Almaty and France rose for 36,4% in comparison with the similar period of 2016 years and it was 191 million USA dollars. There are 60 enterprises with the participation of French capital in the city.

The French side has been introduced by: the potential of the investor’s service center worked on the principle of” one window’’, the industrial zone, the SEZ«PIT». There functionates the preferences and the benefits for foreign companies.

In his turn Philippe Martinet mentioned that the French companies might participate in the project of «Smart City» and in the transport reform.

During the meeting the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic suggested to consider the opportunity of projects in the sphere of education and in holding a number of cultural events in Almaty.
